         Michael joined the Beer’s Automotive team in 2020.  He came with the love of detailing vehicles, as well as modifying both cars and bikes. In 2012 he started into the automotive industry because of a good friend’s encouragement. In addition to working with vehicles, Michael’s hobbies are riding motorcycles and playing video games on his custom-built PC.  Michael has a couple dogs, Titus and Diesel.  He is even an uncle to two nieces and one nephew.          “Getting away, taking my car out down a back road, just cruising and forgetting about the world around me,” helps Michael relax and enjoy life.          It’s great to have Michael onboard!  

        Jason started working in the automotive industry in 2011.  He is currently a master technician here at Beer’s Automotive with a specialty in Kia.  Jason’s favorite aspect working at Beer’s is the challenge each day and learning new things. Away from work, Jason’s hobbies are “riding my motorcycle with my wife, working on home projects as well as vehicle projects.  Learning new skills is one of my favorite things to do. Spending time with family is most important!” When asked about his family, Jason stated, “I’m married to my beautiful wife Laura, of just over a year.  We have 4 dogs, the newest edition being our Great Dane, Boss.”  Their other canine family members are Ellie, Bentley, and Cali.  To complete their “mini zoo” is a feline named Jasper.     When walking through our front door, one of the first faces you will meet is Jeff. Meet our Service Advisor.   Like most of our team, he has been immersed in the automotive world most of his life. Not only does he have a passion for the automotive world, but for giving back to the younger generation.   Jeff began his automotive adventures by working on his great grandmother’s 64 Oldsmobile F-85 at the age of 15.  After high school, he attended The University of Northwestern Ohio and majored in Automotive Diesel Technology.  Jeff worked as a technician for 12 years and then as a Service Consultant for 8 years.    In 2019 Jeff won the GM/ASE Service Consultant of the Year Award across the nation based on “top ASE scores, on-the-job excellence, and community service.”1 Jeff states his favorite aspects of his job are, “I enjoy helping a customer stay safe on the road and the thrill of figuring things out that are diff ... read more

    2020 has been a crazy year for all of us, but there have been positives in the midst. We have a few new faces here at Beer's Automotive and today we want to share one of our team members. Nick is Beer’s Automotive’s Service Technician and Tire Specialist. Nick started in the automotive industry as a little boy helping his dad, but then lost interest until he became older and desired to build cars with performance modifications. Nick’s favorite aspect of working at Beer’s is, “learning all I can abut the mechanics of a vehicle from everyone I work with.” Nick enjoys family time, going on little road trips, playing soccer and simply being outdoors.       Alicia Beer's Automotive Office Manager  When you walk through our doors, Alicia is most likely the first person who greets you! We are very thankful and blessed to have her as a part of our team! She began her adventure in the automotive industry two years ago as a parts driver. Her favorite part of her job is our customers. “There are customers who have come to Beer’s for years who you become close with and then the new customers with whom you get to build that relationship.” Away from work Alicia enjoys spending time with her son and boyfriend, finding something new to experience. Whether they are going to car shows, camping, nature hikes or vacations down to Texas to see family, Alicia enjoys it all. She grew up as an “Army Brat,” which means her family moved somewhere new every few years. As an adult, she has settled down more, but still loves to travel.               If you have been to Beer’s Automotive, you most likely have spoken personally with our Service Manager, Kyle Hodge, and have experienced his energetic personality. Kyle keeps things moving! We feel very thankful and blessed to have him at Beer’s! Kyle has always loved cars and anything with an engine. He states, “I always knew I would work on vehicles as a career.” In high school he did body work part time. After school he realized he didn’t enjoy body work as much, so he changed his paths and has “never regretted it.” His favorite aspect as the Service Manager is all the knowledge gleaned from learning what makes vehicles tick. In addition, experiencing all the cool vehicles he has had the pleasure of working on is a plus. Kyle believes working on vehicles is his calling.   Meet Scott-our ASE Master Technician      Scott is our 34-year veteran automotive technician.  Scott is our ASE Master Technician and has been with Beer’s since 1983!  We are very thankful and blessed to have his expertise!  His favorite part of his job is seeing his efforts help customers keep their vehicles road worthy.       Away from work Scott enjoys amateur rocketry, fishing and long-range target shooting.  (He builds some pretty amazing rockets.  If you ever have a chance, ask him about them.)    He is married to Lori and they have two adult daughters, Ashley and Amanda.  They also have two adorable grandsons and a granddaughter, just as adorable, they enjoy.    In addition, they have a couple of dogs.            When asked who his hero was, he said his father.  What Scott enjoys the most is quality time with hi ... read more

    Let’s peek in to the life of our second ASE Technician.  Brad has been working for Beer’s since 2015 and is his first “official” job in the automotive industry.  However, he has been wrenching with his father ever since he could turn a wrench!  He is currently working towards becoming an ASE Master Technician. Brad’s favorite part of his job is being able to work on and learn so much about many different cars and trucks.  “I also enjoy everybody I work with. Everybody has always been nice and welcoming, which makes it nice and easy to come to work.   . . . it is one of the cleanest shops in town.  I couldn’t ask for a better job.”  We are blessed to have Brad at Beer’s and appreciate his willingness and eagerness to get the job done right.
