At Beer’s Automotive we strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers and our warranty is no different. We want you to have the confidence and peace of mind to know we will fix your vehicle thoroughly and accurately the first time around.
However, life doesn’t always go as perfectly as we planned. Once your vehicle has been repaired, the last thing we want you to do is repay for the same repair because it wasn’t quite fixed right. Here at Beer’s Automotive, we stand behind our work and have a 3-year or 36,000 warranty in place to protect you.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To seek service under warranty,You MUST keep and present a copy of the original repair invoice.
If you are within 25 miles of Beer’s Automotive location, simply contact us at Beer’s Automotive and one of our team members will walk you through our warranty coverage and get your vehicle in as quickly as possible.
If you are unable to bring your vehicle to Beer’s Automotive and need warranty service you must follow these steps:
Please call us first and alert our team of the issue before calling the Warranty Program Administrator or having repairs performed at another facility. Our team members will assist you with the warranty process.
If you are in need of warranty assistance outside of our normal hours of operation, please call the Warranty Administrator at 1-800-351-8438 before having any warranty work performed on your vehicle. This toll-free number, 1-800-351-8438, can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating facility. If there are no participating locations in your area, you make take your vehicle to a non-participating repair facility in your area. If the non-participating repair facility will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, you must pay for the warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent warranty repair invoice to the Administrator within 90 days for reimbursement.
No claim shall be paid without prior authorization.
