Beer’s Automotive Customer Care Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Beer’s Automotive Warranty is a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty on new parts provided by Beer’s Automotive and their installation against defects in either the materials or manufacturing workmanship within the warranty period. Normal operational wear, abnormal use misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or “tampering with,” performance modifications, and commercial use are not covered under this warranty.
Any exclusions or limitations detailed on the original invoice are in addition to the following and take precedence over the general terms, limitations, and exclusions.
Warranty coverage will not exceed the dollar amount of the original repair.
Eligible Repairs and Services
This warranty covers the following types of repairs and services, subject to the exclusions listed within:
- Air Conditioning, heating, and climate control systems
- Brake system
- Engine cooling system
- Electrical system, including the starting & charging systems
- Engine performance, drivability services & repair
- Exhaust system
- Fuel system
- Ignition system
- Electronic engine management system & on-board computer systems, (engine, body, brake & suspension computers)
- Cruise control system
- Steering/suspension system, wheel bearings, CV joints/U-joints, half shafts and driveshafts
- Other minor repairs
Services not covered by this Warranty
- Engine
- Transmission
- Clutch, or Differential Repairs
- Associated Gaskets and Seals or Assembly Replacement of the Same
- Auto Body
- Paint
- Molding
- Glass Repairs
- Batteries
- Tires
- Used Parts
- Rebuilt Parts
- Commercial Vehicles
